The Ceylon Bible Society held its UBS world prayer day at the auditorium with the participation of the General Secretary and all the staff gathered together and prayed in unity for one purpose. The world prayer day began with a time of worship and following the time of worship the staff who were gathered here prayed for Sri Lanka.. The staff prayed for 6 topics in this prayer time. The General Secretary prayed for the United Bible Society very specially. The following topics that were prayed were as follows

• Pray For Those Who Had Lost Their Loved Ones (Locals & Foreigners) And Those Who Had Been Hospitalized And For Them To Have Speedy Recovery.
• Pray For Our President Prime Minister, Leaders, Police The Armed Forces Of This Country To Take Wise Decisions In this Situation.
• Pray For Those Who Were Involved In Terrorist Attacks And That They May Over Come From Those Situation.
• Pray For The Protection Of Our Churches, Reverends, Pastors, Schools & Students.
• Pray That Our Day To Day Lives And The Economy Of Our Country Will Be Stabilized.
• Pray For All The General Secretaries And The Staff Members Who Serves Around The World.
