The 65th Annual Sale & the Good News Fair was held on 29th September 2018 at the Christian Reformed Church premises, Wellawatte. The purpose of organizing this event is to collect funds for the Ceylon Bible Society in its efforts to make the Holy Bible available in English, Sinhala and Tamil to anyone who needs the Scripture in Sri Lanka. The Chief Guests of this event were Mrs. Lakshani P. Fernando , Former General Secretary of CBS and her husband Mr. Hilary Ryan Fernando. The General Secretary of the Ceylon Bible Society Rev. Priyantha Wijegoonawardena appreciated the support given by all the Churches , Organizations & specially the members of the Women’s Committee of the Ceylon Bible Society.
