The Annual Meeting of the Ceylon Bible Society was held on the 20th of July 2018 at 5.15 pm at the Ceylon Bible Society Auditorium. The Chief Guests of the event were Honourable Priyasath Dep P.C. Chief Justice and Madam Malkanthi Dep.

The Meeting was chaired by Bishop Dhiloraj R.Canagasabey the Bishop of Colombo & Patron of the Ceylon Bible Society. Mrs. Lakshani Fernando, former General Secretary of CBS , Mr. Sriyantha Senaratne, President of CBS, Bishop Asiri P.Perera , Most Rev. Dr. J.D. Anthony Jayakody , Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo, Rt. Rev. Keerthisiri Fernando, Bishop of Kurunegala & Mr. N.Y.Casie Chetty, 2nd Vice President of CBS were among the special invitees that graced the occasion.

The Highlights of the 205th Annual Report were read by Rev. Priyantha Wijegoonawardena , the General Secretary of the Ceylon Bible Society. The winners of the Essay Competition 2018 were awarded the prizes by Madam Malkanthi Dep.
