The Ceylon Bible Society conducted an orientation meeting for the Roman Catholic Clergy in Kandy Diocese at the Presbyterium meeting held on on 25th June 2018 at the Fatima Retreat Centre, Levella, Kandy. Most Rev. Dr. Joseph Vianney , Fernando, Bishop of Kandy chaired this meeting. Awareness Session on Sinhala Bible Translation was conducted by Rt.Rev. Kumara Illangasinghe Emeritus Bishop of Kurunegala. The General Secretary of the Ceylon Bible Society, Rev. Priyantha Wijegoonawardena presented the main message and other staff members introduces the Bible Society programmes, projects and products to the participants.
